Oweynagat, County Roscommon

On our visit to the Rathcroghan complex we had to check out Owenaygat. This site is renowned for its archaeological significance and rich mythological associations, often referred to as Ireland's "Gate to Hell" and linked to the origins of Samhain (Halloween).
