Teeling Whiskey Distillery, County Dublin

We headed to the heart of Dublin city—the Liberties—to meet the latest generation of the Teeling clan, who have continued the family tradition of whiskey making. Their ancestor, Walter Teeling established a small craft distillery in Dublin back in 1782, so we knew we were talking to experts with whiskey in their genes!
